Toronto needs Micro Apartments not Detached houses

Toronto needs Micro Apartments not Detached houses

The housing crisis in Toronto is bigger than we think. By falling down the value of Canadian currency, and raising the prices of housing not every year, but month to month, authorities should think about a real solution.

Nowadays we can see all candidates and party leaders are talking about the housing crisis and home affordability but who believes it's real?

In my opinion, they only want to take advantage of this misery and gain more votes.

The 2019 election will be done and which party wins doesn't change the fact: Housing Crisis will remain there.

What Toronto needs is not talking and debate. It needs immediate action.

Either expanding the public transport infrastructure or moving toward Micro Apartments.

During the last days of past provincial election, Kathleen Wynne introduced a new plan: inter-cities super fast trains (imagine someone lives in Barrie, New Market or even Guelph and in 20 minutes can commute to the workplace in Toronto) but during those gloomy days for Liberal Party, no one paid attention to her words let alone believing that.

The other solution: Micro Apartments

On the other hand, Micro Apartments are a modern and cheaper solution for the expanding metropolitan areas like Toronto.

It doesn't need governmental expenditure and saves lands and money as long as energy (no need to heat or cool never-using spaces).

The only thing it needs is governmental incentives.

Micro Apartments are the future of Toronto and we need our Mayor and Lawmakers to consider that as a Green and optimal solution for Toronto and all around the GTA.

Good or Bad news

I am not sure this is Good or Bad news.
I saw this advertisement this morning on the wall of a retirement home.
I am not sure if someone feels a good sense but the meaning of "newly released" is not good to me.

Gums everywhere

Almost 5 minutes after someone cleaned the washroom, there were 4 pieces of gum.
People think their urine is capable of solving plastic gums?
